A Story about Poly PU Material
The idea was from one of our lovely customer Nigel from UK, he is doing business with his lovely daughter who is a very professional graphic designers, we do love all of her design ,they sell lots of our Linen pillow cases with the printed original design by Jesse.
One day, Nigel asked me: Rachel whether you can develop a pillow cases that as cheap as fabric but waterproofed so that people can put them into their yard, you know UK is a rainy country, so waterproof is very important. From that da , to develop a material which is waterproofed and as cheap as fabric came into my mind.
We have spent 2 years looking for such sublimation fabrics, but we can't always find a sublimation material that is waterproof, resistant to high temperatures, and will not fade. During this period, we kept trying and testing, and never gave up. In September of this year, we finally did it! Can't wait to tell our customers that it is really worth trying. Shrinkage After Printing
All the fabric we offered are pre-treated with heating to make sure the shrinkage is within an acceptable range for customer .We can not 100% promise that it would not shrink after printing ,but it should be acceptable .

The linen product is first packaged with transparent plastic film, then put into an eco-friendly hard paper box. We guarantee every pcs the detail for the goods and packing!

From cutting fabric to shipping out, we go through a total of 12 steps to ensure that every product we hand to our customers is of high quality.
As shown on the right image all the products would have 4 times QC checking before shipping them out to you.
And the tolerance of each product would be within 2cm because all of our sewing members are experienced one who had been in this field for more than 10 years, and even some of them are more than 40 years.

Printing Tips for Poly PU Collection
Preheating
All Poly PU materials are recommended to be preheated before printing, to evaporate the moisture in the fabric and prevent the pattern from blurring. In this step, attention to the printed side should be placed upwards.
Printing Parameter
Temperature 180℃, time is 60S, Medium pressure(Based on Galaxy Press Machine). Galaxy Press GS-105HS (16*20 ) is the best choice for printing Poly PU.
